Virtual Production for Everyone!
Join us on a practical tour on how we built and developed a do-it-yourself Virtual Production studio, starting out by using low-budget equipment and recycled materials at the ViZARTS project at Aalborg University, Copenhagen.
We will share our experiences from a series of workshops for filmmakers and techies, explaining cases ranging from motion capture shorts to the latest AI-generated virtual backgrounds. We'll then take a look at the latest trends in AI & VP cinematography, so that participants will get inspiration on how to use the new workflows in their own student films, commercials, VFX scenes and indie productions.
We will conclude with an open discussion on the workflows, ethics, and technologies shaping the industry now and in the future.
