About the Festival
Golden Grapes International Short Film Festival was founded in 2022 in Telavi, Georgia. The first edition of the festival was dedicated to Georgian films. In 2023, the festival expanded to an international platform and is now open to submissions from filmmakers worldwide, presenting both Georgian and international short films.
The festival program focuses on short fiction, documentary and animation films, with additional retrospective screenings presented as part of the non-competitive program. Golden Grapes is curated by international jury members and aims to support emerging filmmakers, student films, and new cinematic voices.
