Leaving

Synopsis

Nutsa (17) lives in Tbilisi with her single mother Nana and older brother Gio. When Nana leaves for work in Turkey, the family begins to fall apart. After the farewell at the bus station, Nutsa returns home and is consumed by a sudden sense of abandonment, unable to separate from her mother again. That night, her grief turns into denial, pushing her to confront Gio and urge him to chase the departing bus before it crosses the border.
