Synopsis

As young adults move out and begin shaping lives of their own, daily contact with their parents gives way to occasional phone calls. While the parent-child hierarchy slowly fades, so grows the quiet realization that our parents are growing older — and that these conversations might matter more than we think. DIME DE CASA explores how distance creates a new kind of closeness, and how we learn to approach the idea of “home” from a different angle.
